By submitting payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below. Payment confirms your acceptance of this agreement and your responsibility to adhere to the policies and guidelines set forth.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Stripe processes all payments for services, which are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the service has already been rendered
- Paid-for sessions, such as but not limited to 1:1 coaching sessions, may be transferred to another person or the original purchaser may reschedule the service for a later date.
- Membership fees ($29/month) are non-refundable. Members are responsible for canceling their membership before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Memberships can be canceled anytime.
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in a $35 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before the session can take place.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend the free initial coaching consultation without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, a $25 fee will be charged for the subsequent rescheduled session.
Spousal Participation
If you are married, both spouses must participate and commit to all scheduled coaching sessions, unless we have agreed otherwise. If your spouse is not available for an appointment, we will reschedule.
Confidentiality Policy
I will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you provide to me or I generate. I will reveal such matters only upon receipt of a written authorization and clear, verifiable instructions from you telling me exactly what I may reveal.
